When you place your order, initially you will be sent an imprint system for both your feet and a personalized questionaire. When you return your imprint system along with your questionnaire, your customized orthotics will be fabricated based on your imprints and your personalized questionare.

- Take the foot imprint pedagraph system of your feet by following the step by step instructions.
- Complete the personalized questionnaire.
- Return your imprint along with your questionnaire in the a pre-addressed and pre-paid package.
Once we have determined an analysis of your foot imprint pedagraph system and analyze your input from the questionnaire we will then make our determination. Then your custom orthotics will be fabricated to specifications based on your input and the foot imprint pedagraph system.
